Opportunity: Customer Service Representative – Tecumseh, ON

We offer our customers a choice of high quality insurance products from a number of reputable and financially secure insurance companies in a friendly and courteous environment.
We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative, in our Tecumseh office.
As a CSR, your primary focus will be servicing existing policies as well as assisting in new business generation. You will provide support to our sales team in maintaining and growing servicing of existing policies profitable books of Personal/Commercial business. Employee benefit package available.
- RIBO License is mandatory
- Service and sales experience in an insurance brokerage with a focus on personal lines is mandatory
- Experience uploading policy information into insurance company portals is preferred
- Prior experience with SIG XP, and Applied Rating Services is an asset
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Self motivated to learn and constantly improve
- Professional and positive attitude
