Opportunity: Customer Service Representative – Hamilton, ON

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, in our Hamilton office.
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be a combination of servicing existing customers as well as signing up new customers. The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and thrive in a self-motivated environment.
• Proven sales track record
• Self- starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills
• RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Strong attention to detail
