We currently have a vacancy for the position of in our Sault Ste. Marie office.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare applications
  • Renewal reviews
  • Remarketing business
  • Cross-Sell & make coverage recommendations
  • Respond to inquiries from clients & insurance companies
  • Assist clients with claims process
  • Maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

  • RIBO License is required
  •  Minimum of 2 years insurance experience
  •  Highly developed customer service skills
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
  •  Experience with Power Broker, CompuQuote and Company portals is an asset
