William Colby: William grew up spending his summers in Rondeau Park, and decided to move to Chatham-Kent after school. He studied business, winemaking, and brewing operations in college. William worked at a local brewery here in Chatham for 5 years before shifting careers, securing his insurance license and joining the All-Risks team in the spring of 2022. Robert van Deel Piepers: Rob has been a big part of the Rondeau Area since he was a child and calls it home here. Rob has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and in the automotive business since 1983. Rob specializes in Auto & Motorcycle, Homeowners, Condominium & Tenant, Commercial, Life, Disability, Health and Travel insurances. Wil completed a Rotary Exchange year in Brazil as a Canadian Student where he studied languages and is now fluent in Portuguese and some Spanish. Wil is also a 3rd generation insurance broker, keeping the family trade alive and well! Mackenzie Reeson: Mackenzie is a born and raised local, and living in the area her whole life has given her the ability to watch the community grow. She attended school in Pain Court, granting her a bilingual diploma and the ability to lend a hand in French or in English. Mackenzie then kick-started her journey as a tradeswoman, welding and fabricating in a number of shops throughout Chatham-Kent, to working as a busy bee waitress, to now having discovered her career with insurance and joining the All-Risks team in the early months of 2024.
