We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative, in our St. Catharines office, for a full or part-time position.  Guaranteed salary with unlimited earning potential.


  • Prepare applications
  • Renewal reviews
  • Remarketing business
  • Cross-Sell & make coverage recommendations
  • Respond to inquiries from clients & insurance companies
  • Assist clients with the Claims process
  • Maintaining client relationships


  • RIBO License is required
  • Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Prior experience with SIG XP and Compu-Quote portals an asset
