We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, in our Richmond Hill office.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, your primary focus will be a combination of servicing existing customers and Receptionist duties. The successful candidate must be willing to work various shifts Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm and thrive in a self-motivated environment. On the job training provided. Responsibilities will include helping to maintain an existing book of business, post payments, speak to clients, policy changes, etc.
- Self-starter with the ability to meet retention goals
- RIBO License is an asset
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail
