Opportunity: Customer Service Representative  – Callander, ON

We are seeking a vibrant, positive individual as a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, you are the first point of contact with our clients. The primary focus will be a combination of Receptionist duties and servicing existing customers, with incentives to write new business. Our office has a modern, brick and mortar feel for the older generations, with an ever evolving online presence for the newer generations. We like to know our clients by name and present as a friendly work family environment.

Responsibilities more specifically include, helping to maintain an existing book of business, post payments, speak to clients, policy changes, etc. Some Commercial Insurance knowledge would be an asset.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience and be RIBO licensed. Bilingual (French) would be an asset. Hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Full-time or part-time may both be considered. Rate of pay will negotiable, dependent on skills and years of related experience.
