All Risks Erin Mills is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will need to be knowledgeable in the Insurance Industry with exposure to Commercial Lines policies and products. The primary function of this position is to provide quality service to clients and act as one of the primary points of contact on accounts; you will be responsible for maintaining key client and insurer relationships. The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients.

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our Commercial Insurance customers and insurance markets by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio as well as pursuing new business. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture with a focus on overall development.


  • Completing coverage reviews and recommendations and addressing client concerns
  • Sales and service of Commercial lines insurance products
  • Developing existing client accounts
  • Keying changes and new business in company portals.


  • 1+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
  • RIBO license
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excelling in areas of negotiation;
  • Demonstrates sound judgement, ethics and integrity;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to prioritize & adapt to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards) would be an asset.
  • Eager to join a growing Brokerage with a family atmosphere
  • Arabic or Spanish as spoken languages would be an asset but are not required
